DuPage County Drug Court Program

For non-violent offenders convicted of a drug crime, DuPage County doesn’t wish to enact harsh sentences or mix you in with violent offenders in the DuPage County Jail or the State Penitentiary. Through the DuPage County Drug Court Program, non-violent offenders can opt in for the pre-sentence program, as a condition of bond, to serve as a sentencing alternative. The length of the program is 24 months, consisting of three phases. If a DuPage resident is over 17 and is facing a pending felony charge (and can demonstrate a significant drug problem), then an attorney may file an application for the DuPage County Drug Court Program.

The Drug Court Program Manager is Jean Solon.

The phone number is 630-407-8846.
